Show/Hotel Parking:
> All Parking for the show ( exhibitors and guests staying at the hotel as well as day people)…will be to the right of the main driveway
Reserved Ringside Parking will be clearly marked with exhibitors names
Two rows of parking in the area directly parallel to the hotel are reserved for committee and judges and will be marked as such
All other parking is available on a first come/first served- on your own basis
RV’s will pull into this area and be directed to their spots to the side of the building behind the grooming tent
Except for the reserved RV spaces there is ‘NO PARKING ON THE GRASS”
Remember,on Sunday you may choose to drive your vehicle with your dog and crates down to the Grand Ballroom entrance for both the Obedience/Rally Trials and Veteran Sweepstakes.There will be space for crating in the Grand Ballroom.
Reservations will be taken by the hotel beginning July 1, 2011.
Please contact the host hotel reservations department directly at 401-732-6000 Monday – Friday between 8am-4pm. This way you can speak with a representative at the actual hotel rather than an agent at Central Reservations in another state. The agents at the hotel are fully knowledgeable about the show. Please also be advised that when you make your reservation, they will charge one night’s stay to your credit card as a deposit. If you cancel your reservation in the time allotted (by April 6th, 2011), your deposit will be refunded.
The $50 pet fee (one set fee-not per dog) is a cleaning fee and therefore not refundable
Make sure to mention 2012 Gordon Setter Club of America to get the contracted rate of $109.00 per night (rate does not include tax)
There is a 4 dog limit per room.
