Gordon Setter by John Lewis Fitzgerald #105/500
Framed size 24”x28”

John Lewis Fitzgerald was born in 1945 in a small Leicestershire village. John's peaceful and pastoral childhood cast a long lasting influence on his life and work.
As a child John became particularly absorbed in portrayals of the local wildlife and landscape and thus established the future pattern of his life and art. In more recent years he has specialized in painting dogs and horses.
His work has been awarded "Best in Show" at the British Watercolor Society and the British Society of Painters exhibitions five times for his canine and equine art.
He has held many successful exhibitions over the years and his paintings have been featured in numerous impressive collections in the United States, Canada, West Germany and the United Kingdom.

“Peter of Crombie” by Reuben Ward Binks

Framed size is 28”x24”

Reuben Ward Binks (1880-1950) is well known for his Sporting Dog Art. Commissioned in 1929 to paint the head of Gordon Setter Peter of Crombie, this is a print from the original oil painting.

“Lord of the Glen” by Julie Stooks #101/500
Framed size is 28”x24”
Julie Stooks was born in London and studied art at Twickenham Art College. As well as painting, she also runs the successful Mayfield Gallery in Bournemouth and has lived in Bournemouth for the last 40 years. Julie has three sons (one of which is a successful artist), a daughter Sarah, and the best little grandson in the world, and two Cocker Spaniels Polly and Lily.
Julie's paintings are published as limited edition prints and she has illustrated a number of books.

Julie attends many of the championship dog shows throughout the country, including Crufts and major agricultural shows where she paints from life. Julie's paintings are in many private collections through out the world.
