After all of the initial confusion about this event, coming and going turned out to be just like any other dog show if you were just “walking in” with your dog. You went to a kiosk near when you’d parked your vehicle, got onto a shuttle and you and pup were driven to the arena where you got off, walked up the ramp and entered the grooming area. This was small, but entries may be limited more next year.

The public wasn’t allowed in the grooming area or on the arena floor. This made getting to and from rings really easy. Most dogs handled the blue carpeting very well, but a few slid on it. The staff and security people of the Mohegan Sun couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous, and always a smile.
